We require below mentioned mandatory documents that are to be submitted,

1. Relevant Qualification / Education Documents (SSC to Highest Qualification with Mark Sheet or Grade Sheet and Provisional Certificate).

2. Latest 3 Months Pay Slips and 6 Months Bank Statement of the Present Working Company. (If Fresher please ignore).

3. Appointment order of the Present Working Company along with salary breakup.

4. Aadhar Card in DD/MM/YYYY format for the ID Proof.

5. PAN Card.

6. Passport / Voter Id / Driving License for the Address Proof.

7. UAN / PF Number (If Fresher Please Ignore).

 

8. All Experience Documents. (Relieving Letters/Experience Letters/Service Letters/Offer or Appointment Letters)

9. Bank Passbook or Account Details or Cancelled Cheque.
